CNC Machining and Turning

We built our machine park primarily to serve our own tool making, but we also take on CNC milling and turning as subcontract work using our spare capacity. We are set up for one-off parts and small batches – that is where we offer the best value, when quantities are low but accuracy and surface finish matter.

We currently run seven CNC machining centres and three CNC lathes at our plant in Füzesabony, Hungary.

CNC milling

On our machining centres we produce both prismatic and free-form (3D) parts. Typical work includes clamping and support elements, fixture components, and frames and inserts milled from composite sheet.

  • Aluminium, steel and stainless steel parts
  • Engineering plastics: POM, PEEK, PA, and composite sheet materials
  • 3D contour milling from your model
  • Engraving, marking and drawing-number identification

CNC turning

Our three CNC lathes primarily produce the turned parts our own fixtures need – pins, bushings, locating elements and threaded parts – but we also run external orders on them.

We occasionally use a manual lathe as well, which for genuinely one-off work is often faster than writing a CNC program.

Assembly and surface treatment

On request we deliver machined parts assembled, as a finished unit. Surface treatment – anodising, blackening – is handled through our established partners, so you do not have to source a separate supplier for it.

Every batch is dimensionally checked before dispatch, with the critical dimensions from the drawing documented.

Frequently asked questions

Do you take on single-piece production?

Yes – that is exactly what we are set up for. As a custom tool maker, most of our daily work is one or a few pieces, so prototype and spare-part work fits naturally into our schedule.

What data do you need for a quote?

Ideally both a 3D model (STEP) and a dimensioned drawing, since tolerances and surface finish requirements are stated on the drawing. Please also specify material grade and quantity.

Do you machine plastics as well?

We work regularly with engineering plastics – POM, PEEK, PA – and with composite sheet materials, since these are also the raw materials of our own tooling. Data sheets can be downloaded from our product pages.

Request a quote

Send us the drawing or the PCB data and we will come back to you within one working day with pricing and lead time.
